"In the heart of the city center, the iconic Casa Cohen or Noah's Ark was inaugurated as a shop in 1942 by Isaac Cohen, a Jewish merchant from Damascus who arrived in Mexico in 1920. Since 2011 the property has passed to the spouses Sally and Roy Azar and after five years of restoration, in 2016 it reopened as Dôce 18 Concept House, a successful architectural contrast that unites gastronomy, design, art, fashion and hospitality under one roof".
